The Green Ice Lettuce is vivid loose-leaf variety that catches the eye and is delicious on the plate. The green, glossy leaves are meatier and more savoyed (crinkly) than other loose head types, and the 9 heads tend to be tighter and more compact. Flavor is very good and the exceptional crispness of each leaf is a real advantage.
