The Ukrainian calendar of holidays has two that are especially loved by children: St. Nicholas Day and Christmas. The wonderful St. Nicholas songs and Christmas carols presented on this CD are performed by the Obukhiv Children’s Choir, consisting of children between 6 and 11. The blend of the choir is extraordinary as is their angelic singing.
