What To Grow In:Directly in the gardenor for micro/baby greens useseed starting trays, 20 row seedling flat, or any sort of low, flat container
Soil:Use a regular potting mix or soilless medium or grow directly in the garden
Lighting:Adding supplemental lighting withgrow lightsduring the winterwill help withstronger, less leggy growth.They can easily be grown inthe garden,on a deck/patio, or even a sunny spot in your house duringthe rest of the year.

Harvest:Microgreens-Start cutting whenthe first true leaves appear or when they reach 1 1/2-2 inches. Baby greens- cut at 3-4″
Growing Tips:Maintain good air flow for The Kitchen Sink Greens Mix by not over sowing seeds and by watering lightly. Over watered soil and overly dense sowing with no air flow can cause damping off. For a continuous harvest of micro greens sow every 7-10 days.
