P. Kononenko’s “National Idea, Nation, Nationalism” touches upon one of the main problems which has been analyzed and discussed for centuries, and remains at the center of academic and political discussion. He illustrates the birth and development of nations, and the results of the development of a national idea, and the elements of nationalism – in the history of Ukraine.
