The Pai Tsai- Fun Jen Greens are a very early and tasty, semi-spreading green that tolerates both heat and cold well. About a month after planting you begin to harvest the light green leaves. When fully mature, you can chop up the snow-white stems for stir fries.

Germination Temperature:Optimum soil temperatures 55-75F.

Seed Sowing Depth:” deep

Starting Indoors:Start 3-4 weeks before planting outside.Sow 2-3 seeds per cell/pot, thinning to one per cell/pot. Provide 60-75F soil temperatures. Transplant 6-8 apart.

Sowing Outdoors:Starting in spring when soil temperature reaches at least 55-60F. Sow 1-3 apart, thin to 6-8, for mature leaves.Sow every 2-3 weeks for acontinuousharvest.
