The Ronde De Nice Summer Squash is an 1800’s French Heirloom. This is a bit different from both the zucchinis and the scallop types. The delicious fruits are spherical and light green. They are great harvested young and when they get to about 4 in size they are fine for stuffing. Compact plants grow vigorously and produce heavy yields.

Harvest:Check and harvest a few times a week. Cut or kindly twist off fruit, starting at a 3-4.
