Hetman medal: Semen Palij.

This series of hetman medals/pendants in the shape of gold coins, approximately 3/4 to 7/8″ diameter, have a relief of the portrait on one side, and a raised tryzub on the reverse. Finely crafted, heavy-weight, with large bails attached to allow for wide chains or leather straps.
