This unique and beautiful CD by Lilia Pavlovsky presents lyrical Ukrainian songs based on folk texts, in a framework of bandura, keyboard and percussion arrangements. Ukrainian idiom is combined with folk ballad style, in a delicate and lovely fusion. Lilia’s velvety voice relates the folk material well, in selections: Oj matinko moja, U nediliu rano, Zakuvala zozulen’ka, Oj u luzi, Tuman, Oj zhuravko, and others.
