The Wasabina Mustard are specialty Japanese mustard greens. Light green deeply serrated leaves have a wasabi-like flavor, milder in young baby leaves, bolder and spicier in mature leaves. Use in salads, stir-fries, or pickled. We left ours in the garden to bolt and continued picking tasty leaves while the flowers supplied nectar and pollen for the pollinators.
